How should I clean and care for my MiiR products?
To preserve the powder coat finish and vacuum seal, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft brush. While some items are top-rack dishwasher safe, hand washing is the best way to extend the life of your product.
What is the MiiR 'Give Code' and how does it work?
Every MiiR product includes a Give Code printed on the bottom. Register your code on our website to see exactly which clean water or environmental project your purchase helped fund.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware and carafes?
Yes, all MiiR products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, dents from drops, or improper cleaning.
How long will my order take to ship?
